Street Magic Secrets DVD released in shops!

David's new show on the BBC

See David Penn on Sorcerer's Apprentice Extra every morning at 8am on BBC 2 from July 10th to July 21st. Each show is then repeated on CBBC at 9am the same day.
As the show's resident magician, David will be introducing the day's magical theme by performing some incredible street magic.

 

David's Illusion Show reaches new heights!

Since winning the title of 'British Champion Of Illusion', David has continued to do the impossible at large scale corporate events.
Recently at the Grosvenor House in London, David made a genuine R22 Helicopter materialise on stage to the amazement of the delegates present. 

 

FREAKY - The New Series

The new series of FREAKY staring David will start on September 9th at 12:30pm on Channel 4. The series of 8 half hour shows will feature David's close-up skills as well as some amazing illusions.

Press Day at the British Motor Show

David Penn launched the new Hyundai 7 seater Santa Fe to the world’s press and media at London ExCel. After the appearance of the Santa Fe, David made 2 groups of seven girls appear in the previously empty car whilst members of the press surrounded it and held onto all the doors. This production highlighted the fact that the Santa Fe now has a 7 seater model as well as the original, best selling 5 seater.

About David Penn

During his professional career David has won more national awards than any other UK Magician. David's first major competition victory was in 1994 when he won the prestigious  "Magic Circle Close Up Magician of the Year". Over the next decade he continued his competition success by winning the British Magical Championships, The International Brotherhood of Magicians' Close-Up Magician of the Year, The British Champion of Illusion, Luminar Leisure Entertainer of the Year and the Magic Circle Cecil Lyle Award.

David finished first out of all the British acts invited to enter the 'British Close-Up Magic Championships' at the world's largest magic convention in Blackpool. David was also presented with the coveted 'Best of British Award' in recognition of his unrivalled level of performance. David Penn is also proud to be a member of 'Spellbound', the world's premier team of corporate Magicians.

David has been booked to work internationally alongside performers such as Whitney Houston, Enrique Iglesias, Status Quo and Andreas Bocceli and has performed for members of the British Royal Family, The Sultan of Brunei, various Heads of State from around the world and international celebrities such as Oscar winning actor Jack Nicholson, Tony Curtis, Dolly Parton and Sir Trevor McDonald.

David has been flown by both corporate and private clients to Australia, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Istanbul, Cannes, Barcelona and Toronto to perform at Trade Shows, Private Functions and Corporate Dinners. He has also had the opportunity of performing in many prestigious venues around the world; most recently on Her Majesty The Queen’s private boat.
